Congress Exhibition

To complement the Congress, a dredging exhibition will be located in the area adjacent to the technical session rooms. Delegates will be able to take their refreshments in this exhibition area during the breaks between the sessions. Participants will enjoy the welcome drink in this area on Monday evening 27 Sept. Throughout the Congress, exhibitors will have a unique opportunity to present their products and services to a select group of international experts and decision-makers from all over the world. The exhibition will be open throughout the Congress from Tuesday till Friday. The standard 6m2 stand fee is € 2500 (excl. VAT). Standard stand includes

White stand walls and blue carpet
Fascia board (30 cm high) with company name and stand number
One lockable storage cabin (1x1 m) and one lockable counter (white, w:d:h=1:0.5:1m)
An electrics package (2 lighting units à 80 Watt, 1 mains outlet 220 V)
One table (0.8X0.8m), three chairs and one waste paper basket
Two exhibition staff registrations
Maximum of 100 words of company information in the Congress programme booklet
Maximum of five invitation cards for guests who are not WODCON delegates

Owing to the great interest, CEDA has increased the original exhibition area by 50%, so there are now 31 stands. The new floorplan is shown below.
