A limited number of advertisements can be placed in the following publications (at a rate of € 2000 + VAT € 320 = € 2320: for one full colour A4 page):
1. Final programme book of the Congress. Circulation 450 copies: on-site to all participants (approx. 450).
2. Congress Proceedings CD ROM. Circulation 700 copies: on-site to all participants; sold as single copies to companies, individuals, libraries, etc.
Reservations for advertising space will be considered on a first-come-first-served basis. Please indicate on the Congress registration form if you wish to receive the Advertising booking form. Applicants will be informed in due time about the technical specifications and deadline for receipt of the advertisement (file).
