The contracted WODCON hotels listed below have no more rooms available. The SMM 2004 Hotel Service (see below), this link and this list may be helpful to those who are still looking for accommodation.

Hotel rooms have been reserved for WODCON delegates at special Congress rates in hotels in different price categories. Please make your reservation directly by contacting the hotel of your choice. Reservation form

A regular shuttle bus service connects the SMM partner hotels with the trade fair grounds (a 5-minute walk from the CCH), several times each the morning and evenings.

Whether you plan to use the SMM service or to book your room entirely independently please note that in view of the high demand for hotel rooms during the SMM Trade Fair reservations should be made well in advance. The earlier you book your accommodation the better the chance of getting a hotel near the CCH in your chosen category.
